Application
The sampler is used in every steel plant to take sample in Induction Furnace, Arc furnace and Ladle. These are used for process analysis of molten metal for instantaneous sample techniques and reinforce quality control.

Lollypop Samplers are available in the following shapes:
PAPER TUBE DIMENSION
We provide Immersion Samplers with varying lengths of paper tubes. The lengths readily available are 600 mm, 900 mm, 1200 mm and 1500 mm. (Paper tube length may vary as per customer’s requirement)
DE-OXIDANTS
DETAILS
A non-treated steel cap protects the sample inlet from slag penetration and provides complete protection against rough handling and shipping damage yet melts away quickly in the molten metal. Cardboard tube protects the molten metal to penetrate and cause any damages to Sampler Cartridge as well as Lance Pipe. A de-oxidant is inserted into the silica tube to kill the effervescent steel during the sample filling.
